‘The Penguin’ was given its name from the aberrant, Penguin-like shape that arose from a Special Element—though some say it looks more like a blob that got lost on its way to a better artwork. This so-called ‘Penguin’ managed to fluke its way through Pebble Racing, somehow defeating the far superior Pebble #23 ‘Indigenous Journey.’
